Email Campaign "FROM" user's email address

Hi,
do you know if it is possible for each user to launch Email Campaigns sent from their own email address?
I can use only one email address for everybody.
This is inconvenient. My colleagues send 20 - 30 email each day, but they are “personal” messages.

If you create individual ‘Bounce mail boxes’ in Admin -> Inbound Email for each user, they will be able to use their own.
