Email Account setup, suitecrm cant connect to our mail server

Hi Everyone!

I have problems setting up my email account in suitecrm. It says Login or Password Incorrect even though I supplied the correct info. Is this a bug in the CRM? Does somebody has a solution to fix the issue?


you need to provide more detailed information, suitecrm version, database, webserver, email server type, etc.

We are using SuiteCRM 7.3.2 Ver. running on Centos 7, mariaDB databse, Apache 2.4.6, and for the mail server its running iRedMail.
