Easyspace issues?

Hi - does anyone else here host on Easyspace? We have three instances of SuiteCRM and last week every one of them has kicked us out giving the error that You have been logged out because your session has expired.

We haven’t made any changes to them, so have no idea why this happens, but our business runs on one of the instances, and we couldn’t raise invoices, produce quotes etc. and another is for a client who is now in a similar situation, and the other is a test instance that we barely use, and all three developed the same problem at the same time.

Easyspace are adamant that it’s nothing to do with them, although the session settings on their side don’t match the site settings, so that may be it, although on another tool we host with them, we are getting back end errors relating to Varnish, which haven’t come up before last week, so this may be an issue in configuration.

So, have anyone else got the same issue recently and host their SuiteCRM on Easyspace?

Well, after nearly a month, Easyspace have finally agreed it was them. They installed Varnish Cache via load balancers into their estate on 14.05.15 and since then our instances of Suite have all stopped working.

Today, they took our server out of the environment, so Varnish was removed from the equation, and hey presto - our Suite instances are all working as they should.

We should be celebrating this, but due to it having taken this long, we are now a customer down and having to work hard to explain it to them to try to win them back.

Essentially Varnish completely screws up SuiteCRM, we were continually being logged out as the sessions were being terminated and any changes were not being committed, couldn’t access our invoices, couldn’t do anything. Got data error when trying to view emails, nightmare…
