E-mail Tab only shows: You currently have no records saved. CREATE or Import one now.

Hi,

I’ve installed the latest version of SuiteCRM: Version 7.10.4 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
Configured it to work with my Gmail account, and e-mails are coming in - cases are being created as well.
But if I visit the e-mail tab it only shows “You currently have no records saved. CREATE or Import one now.”

No e-mails are shown, even though they are there - and while cases are being created.

I see this was a bug on github but it supposed to be fixed (https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/issues/4746).

What am I not doing right here?

How did you fix it?

The problem wasnt in the code or anything. It was me only adding the inbox as a “create a case” inbox. Adding it twice, once with the create a case option enabled, and second just as an inbox without the create a case option fixed it. After that it showed the inbox under the email tab.
