Dynamic Dropdown not working in Web Lead Form

Hello all
hope you all are doing good. I have created one dynamic drop-down for “State and City” and it works fine. But when i am using those fields in “Create Person Form” inside Campaigns then it’s not working why ? and also i want to change required fields for lead module how we can change that also ??

ok thanks for reply @Mac-Rae . I am using dynamic dropdown for Lead and its working fine and when i am using same fields in campaigns then dynamic dropdown is not working. Means(If i select state then cities corresponding to that state appear in city dropdown ) and its workinig fine inside leads edit view but not on Campaign WebLeadForm.

Yes that means i have to create it using custom code right ?

The web to lead form provides the code (aka person form)
