Duplicate Inbuilt module

Hi,

I need to create a same module as a Project module. I need same features with a different name.

What’s the easiest way to do so?

I make installer for module manually usually. It’s not so hard but you should very attentive. Module Project has a lot specific functions. And may be you should change another modules for example ProjectTask.

I assume you are using the project module already? If not changing the name can be done simply via the administration menu, look for Rename Modules

@Mac-Rae Yes, we do use the project module already and need a new one for a different purpose.

What if we remove the Project task? Would it be easy to manage to create a duplicate?

Why do you want to duplicate Project module if you remove Project_Task from a new module (which is based on Project)? In this situation you can make a new module using base configuration. Give me some more information.
