Dropdown values is not displaying for users in assigned to

Hi All,

I have created new crm user but his name is not displaying in the dropdown of assigned to in search view, CRM user status is active, when i assign any record to him and save the record in detail view it is not displaying the name but in database it has the value and also when i try to print a bean it gives me a value.
