I was just setting up my own module & for some reason the drop down lists failed.
They all showed the actual drop down list name & not the values.
After a little while, I went back & removed Zucker Reports & Gmail from the module loader.
Without even needing to restart Apache, it all came good.
In all fairness, Zucker Reports wasn’t installed properly, but perhaps worth noting for the next person?

The file is named gmail-latest.zip & it’s from http://www.sugar-apps.com/installation-guide
The module itself looked promising during my research, but I needed to get a strategy in place here & didn’t continue testing.
Please bear in mind that I’ve since re-installed Zucker Reports with no issues, but zucker reports wasn’t tied to Java correctly at the time & could have upset the apple cart.
I’m also quite happy with SuiteCRM’s outlook connector which works well regardless of using the local .pst file or an exchange account.
