Double EMail Attachments

Here’s one – Every time I attach something to an email and sent it, the receiver receives the email with the attachment attached twice.
How does that happen! No idea where to start looking.

Did that. Followed the January instructions there and downloaded a patch – did not solve the issue. I can’t imagine how this can remain unsolved. I must be doing something wrong. I everyone having this issue?
