i bought a dedicated server to install Suitecrm. Through Plesk I should choose a domain name. Do you have any suggestions on this?

It all depends on how you will access it. If it’s through the internet, you need to first purchase a domain (in case you don’t have one yet) based your own brand and use it.
If you’ll use it on a local network only, then you can either the IP or the domain name configured on your local DNS.
