Does workflow auto-archive sent emails?

Am I right in thinking that workflow doesn’t allow you to auto-archive/automatically import sent emails to a contact/lead/target record? Put another way, it’s not possible to automate the importing of emails via the internal email client itself with workflow as you can do maually as per the attached?

Correct, you can’t get workflow to auto-import/auto-archive emails although you can do this with the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin and there are other email client plugins for different email clients.
