Documents problem after migration

I have migrated from SugarCrm 6.5.x to SuiteCRM Version 7.6.6
Unfortunately after that I can not open documents. It is redirecting me to empty page. All files seems to be in folder upload on server, I can locate files, but CRM can not locate it and open it.

Is there any solution?

You can try

  • look in your logs for clues

  • check file system permissions and web server restrictions

  • keep upgrading SuiteCRM to newer versions, if it is a bug, it might be solved already
