The first custom field (type: Text) shows up in the dropdown for variables in the email templates.
The second custom field (type: Checkbox) does not.
Is it correct to assume that it is by default not possible to add Checkbox values into email templates?
Hi, I don’t really know the answer but I’ll take your word for it… maybe I can only suggest to look for an instance in the app of a checkbox that is not a custom field, one that is there by default, and see if you can use it in the Email templates. This is just a way of gathering information about what kind of effort it would take to add this functionality.
