Hello experts, I have a difficulty how this can be done in SuiteCrm.
I have the following scenario.
There is a product called “Development Time” and it has a value of $ 50.00, but if my client has a monthly contract with the company that value has a 50% discount.
I would like to know if it is possible to create some configuration in the system in which if the customer has a monthly contract, when inserting the product into a quotation / invoice the discount field is already filled with the amount of the discount registered for the customer.
It is possible ?
