difference between suitecrm -sales and suitecrm -max verstion ?

hi All ,

i was curious like what is the major difference between suitecrm-sales version and suitecrm-max version

i almost found every module same in both version can any tell me like what is the difference between this two ??

if i observe correctly only navigation display is different in suitecrm-sales its only covers the sales process related modules

It only a difference in set-up, primarily what modules are enabled by default and the default home page
