Department wise case fields in case module

HI every one ,

I came with new query and got one challage here I want to know one option in SuiteCRM available or not in the CASE module ,

Every user we can give his/her Department while creating the users section,
if you take one user like sandeep while creating the sandeep user I have added his Department IT so when He do login into CRM he should see only IT Department fields only in case module ,
and one more user Sales is there ,when he do login he can see only sales fields only in case module ,

So like this there respective Department only can see when do login …

How we can do this ,is this option is available or not ?

OR… kind of a clunky solution… here’s my notes on hiding, and making fields read only with a few different examples.
