Is there a way to delete a target, lead and contact with a single action? Currently I am having to delete each of these separately which is time consuming.

No, this could only be achieved with some custom code.
You could simply consider a different approach where you don’t use all those steps. You don’t have to use the entire sales pipeline if it doesn’t add anything to your process.
Sometimes it’s better to skip the “Target” step and just start with “Leads”. One of the main considerations for this decision is whether the time you spend converting from one to the other is worth the benefit of having them as separate entities.
