What is database engine and Programming Language of Suite CRM??
is it Cloud or we can install locally?

MySQL/MSSQL/MariaDB databases are supported.

The code base consists of PHP/JavaScript/jQuery/CSS/HTML/Smarty PHP/XTemplate etc.

You can download and install SuiteCRM locally via the downloads page or the SuiteCRM GitHub Repository. It is open source and it is freely accessible
