I am trying to use SuiteCRM8.x latest. I have customised and added modules etc , and just when i get nearly there they corrupt and I lose Layouts etc and are unrecoverable even on a new instance etc. Any suggestions to stop corruption . I also get Failed to retriev records message alot ?

You should provide all version numbers (suite, php, db, OS) and logs (suite and php_errors) with sensitive info removed (ip address, hostnames, keys, usernames, passwords). And a screen capture video of “when i get nearly there they corrupt and I lose Layouts etc…”, and video of what you do to see that “Failed to retrieve records message”.
