Hey, I was wondering if there is a way to restrict certain data from individual users or groups? I am aware of the Dashlet Level Access Control plug-in and think that it will be helpful, however does that allow for restriction that is more defined? Such as if a certain amount of leads, contacts, documents, etc. were to be restricted to people in specific territories. That would be more defined than just restricting the entire contact category. In addition to that concern, I wondered about the safety of the system as a whole. Can something additional be purchased that would increase the security of the system itself?

Security Group module provide row level data access control mechanism.

For field level access control either you have to purchase Security Group Pro or you can go customization.
It is also in a development road map of SuiteCRM.
