Does suiteCRM allow you to export your contacts for label printing/addressing for direct mail campaigns?

This is not standard out of the box SuiteCRM functionality. I would suggest taking a look at this thread which seems to accomplish this with a workflow. If that doesn’t work for you I would maybe try and see if you can utilise the PDF Templates module.
