Dashlet Issues: My Top Open Opportunities


Folks… I have asked this time and again, but with no response. When clicking the Edit button on “My Top Open Opportunities”, my users get the message:

“There was an error handling this request.”

Whether or not it ever worked, I do not know, though I am fairly certain it did. I am having the am having the same issue on our hosted and stand-alone versions.

Has anyone else run in to this? Have you found a solution? Making me a bit crazy.

Can you please try these by going to admin->repair?

1.Rebuild SuiteCRM Dashlets
2.Repair JS Files
3.Rebuild JS Grouping Files

Please take a backup of your CRM files before taking these steps.
