Initially, I would try a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair.
Failing this, I would advise turning on error logging/reporting so that you can see the error. There is most likely a fatal error that is causing the dashlets not to display.
I tried running the rebuild again, but still no luck.
When I turned on Error Logging this is what I see.

The user sales is not setup to use LDAP authentication and I’m able to login.
Any where else you may be able to point that might help me sort this out?
