Customize 'suggestion box' when create a new case

Hi all,

im new in SuiteCRM. I used to read this forum to help me with my develops, but i cant find this particular topic.

I have a custom field in ‘Leads’ module, called ‘ape2_c’ (2nd last_name).
Im trying to display that field in ‘Cases’ module in the sugestion box, when a new case is created, but i dont figure out how to do.
