Hello, I am wanting a report that tells me which accounts have not been contacted within the last 90 days. I am happy pay for someone to make this report for me.

How are you tracking how long it has been since an account has been contacted?
If you haven’t already, you may want to consider a custom field to track the last time they were contacted.

If you want a report that shows Accounts that haven’t been contacted in the last 90 days, you can simply use the condition line:
(Module) > (Whatever field you are using to track when they were last contacted) > Greater Than or Equal to > Date > Now > - > 90 days
Hopefully this gives you some ideas / assistance.
