Custom Module Sidebar Menu is Missing

Hi, I have 2 instances of fresh installed SuiteCRM installed throught Softaculous, one verison is 7.10.9 and the other one is 7.11.7, I installed a same custom module in each of the SuiteCRM instance and noticed that the sidebar menu (Create and View) is missing in version 7.11.7 as you may see from the pictures below.

I also have done a research that seeing the same issue in Fixed #5424 - Missing add product menu while using PL language - 7.10.1 #5449 and tried to make changes accordingly but the issue is still persist and furthermore the include/MVC/View/SugarView.php is not same in version 7.11.7.

Is there any one facing the same issue and has fixed it?

Did you tried quick repair and build yet?

I think the file in include/MVC/View/SugarView.php has already been updated as it look different from the one mentioned in Missing add product menu while using PL language - 7.10.1 #5449, however the issue is still persist as in the latest version.
