Custom module created does not show up in the View list

Hello SuiteCRM community,

I have created a custom module and created one instance record of it.
When I click in the "View " link, the displayed list is empty. Is it a feature ? Is there a setting to enable custom modules to be displayable ?

Did it deploy correctly?

Probably all you need is a Quick Repair and Rebuild, have you tried it?

I did carefully saved and deploy the changes. However I did not try the Repair and Rebuild feature.

Dear pgr,

Unfortunately, repair and rebuild did not solve the issue and I have redone the new module creation from the "Basic’ module templates and each time no item is displayed in the View List after creation of a record from this new module.

I am using version Version 7.9.2 - Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

There have been tons of bug fixes after that version, please upgrade. Make sure you make a full backup (files+database) before the upgrade, as always.

If this is a new installation, I would suspect your Linux ownerships/permissions aren’t set correctly. Make sure you follow the recommended settings on the Installation Guide.

In any case, you can have a look at your logs and you will probably find some clues there:

suitecrm.log
php_errors.log
