custom logic_hooks files being replaced by upgrade

Hi,

After upgrade from 7.0.2 to 7.1.4 version my logic_hooks.php file was rewritten for Opportunities module, at least, and I “lost” all my custom logic hooks configuration.

I think this could be a bug, because it’s supposed SuiteCRM to support these customizations in custom/modules/Opportunities.

Can you please confirm this?

Placing your logic hooks in custom/Extension/modules/Opportunities should ensure they are not overwritten,
