I created a workflow for the Invoice module with a condition from a custom dropdown field and it doesn’t work. If I change it to a default field it does. It used to work in 7.7.4

I missed to put that the custom dropdown field is in a related module.
what is your action? because you have Always and on All Records

If I change the custom field condition to the do not call checkbox it works as expected.
that workflow will trigger just once for each invoice, are you aware of that?

Try to select Run: Only In The Scheduler, I’ve never used the Always option

Strange… I already tried not equal to no. And it does not run.
The scheduler is working fine, since if I change it to the Do not call it works seamlessly…
