Hi Team,
I am having an issue with my user account creation, during the creation of account when I enter the email id and save it it will take to a blank page when I refresh and go to the user management I can see the account created without an email account.
since the password sent via email no accounts are able to login can some help me to fix this issue.

- Please make sure your smtp server is working fine admin > Email settings > sent test email
- make sure that AOP is well configured admin > Advanced OpenPortal Settings > Enable AOP = true
also in Email > view email template is there a template called System-generated password email . have already seen once that after a new install all default template were missing,

Thanks for your reply, all these settings are in place (System generated password template / AOP Enabled / Test email is working). itβs working absolutely fine, i have a challenge in only with new account creation.
