CRM Email Configuration

I just installed suitecrm locally on my machine. I am having problems configuring my personal gmail & my company mail. Can anyone help me with a step my step on configuring the email. either with gmail or with personal mail.

IF you go step by step in the video check for these things:

  1. TURN ON less secure apps ( if you are using smtp over TLS and port: 587 ) at your gmail account: https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps.

  2. Check :“telnet smtp.gmail.com 587”(if you are using over TLS or “telnet smtp.gmail.com 25”(if you are using over NONE) or "telnet smtp.gmail.com 443 "(if you are using over SSL), if those doesn’t give response maybe your port is blocked via firewall.
