Creating custom field

When I create a custom field on an existing module and I save EditView form, the custom field display label takes on the system label value!
Help!

Hi van Wyk,

This sounds like file permissions on the server are incorrect. when a custom field is created it will create a langauge file for the label. when it can not find the label it will show the system label e.g LBL_XXXX.
