Creating a task series using suitecrm - predefined tasks

Hello, I am looking to create a “task series” using suitecrm and was wondering whether this was possible. I want to be able to predefine tasks and then set them whenever a new client is created, e.g. call up client, prepare document etc. Currently I see that I am able to create “tasks” but it would require me to manually set it every time…

You can do this with the ‘Workflow’ module.
