How do you create a password document to share with specific people? I want to create a master password list for clients and give permissions to some parts of the document to specific people, how would i do that?

This won’t be something you can do out of the box with SuiteCRM, You may want to take a look at the full version of Security Suite.
It is more flexible than the free version, which comes with SuiteCRM, as it allows you to do much more than the free version in terms of restricting access.
