Hello!
I have the need to relate emails to contracts. This works well during the “compose” function of an email. Likewise I have a working subpanel in contracts for activities that shows these messages (sent from workflow). However, if I am viewing an inbound email, I cannot create the relationship either via “quick create” or “view relationships.”
Does anyone know how I can add these options? I’ve searched the dropdown edits to no avail.
