Create Case from Email not working

Hello,
I have now created a mail account for my cases and the e-mail is entered in the CRM and the connection is established. The checkbox for “Create Case from Email not working” is checked. The problem now is that no cases are created automatically.

Have you setup Cron to run?

Yes i have setup Cron Jobs at my Plesk interface.

While researching I discovered an error entry in the log.
When executing the cron job the following message is displayed.

Thu Jun 11 11:38:02 2020 [27798][-none-][FATAL] SugarBean::populateDefaultValues $field_defs should be an array
Thu Jun 11 11:38:02 2020 [27798][1][FATAL] Job runs too frequently, throttled to protect the system.

I have adjusted the interval but still the same problem.

I think about 1-5 minutes would be best for the run time there. Sometimes if there’s large amounts of imports Cron with refire before it finishes and muck up the process. For now I would say toss it on every 5.
