How do I add a note to an account record when editing a contact record.
I created a contact workflow action based on Parent = Account but nothing seems to appear in the notes on the account.
Select Action : Create Record
Parent Type: Value: Account
Subject: Value: Newsletter Sent
Solved it, I need to also set a parent ID = Account Name
Can you please explain how this is done. I want to do the same thing but am stuck.
My client sells directly to individual si I renamed Accounts customers. Every customer has to fill an assessment form which has to be uploaded/attached to the customer account in the system. No customer should be able to be created without the form being uploaded.
