Create a ticket by using the external form

Hello,

Is it possible, to create ticket by an external form?
Basically what I’m asking, can I give my customers the possibility to create their own tickets?

Hi Alex,

This can be done by utilising the AOP module for Joomla which allows full integration between SuiteCRM and Joomla with the ability to create/view/update cases.
