yes, by default pop up functionality available in meeting and event module if i create a new module so how can achieve the same pop up functionality

If you just mean the pop-up box in events with the available actions such as “manage delegates” you would need to custom code it yourself. You can only achieve very basic functionality through studio anything more requires programming skills.
