has anyone tried to copy sugar user accounts into another database for use on another system? i have an install of osticket that i’d like to mirror sugar users to. is there a way to decrypt the users table and then insert via php/md5 into the osticket staff table?

You should just be able to export/import, ensuring you also take the user_preferences table and run a rebuild?
