I have now vTiger Ultimate(monthly subscr.) and like to test /buy SuiteCRM.
.Can I start (with your trialversion) converting vTiger to SuiteCRM ??
Or should I start from scratch with SuiteCRM import,adding
all my custom fields and also Custom Modules.

I don’t think you can import vtiger modifications in SuiteCRM easily as vtiger forked years ago from SugarCRM so the module layout is probably not comparable. you can of course try to publish your modules or export your customizations in vtiger and then try to import them in SuiteCRM, but I’d be careful not to mess up your SuiteCRM instance.
I’d advice to rebuild the custom fields and modules in SuiteCRM and then export-import your data.
