Contact Listview not updating

I have already found several posts with the same problem, but none with a solution

i’m using suiteCRM Version 7.11.18 - Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

to change the list views of the various objects I go to Studio and add or remove columns. This is also reflected in the “Order by column” list in the search filter

works everywhere … except for “contacts”

I would like to see these columns

but these continue to appear

and these appear in the search filter

i don’t know what to do anymore … i’m also willing to edit php files directly

If the error is specific to just one user, I would bet it’s a corrupted saved search, solution here:

I have a foggy memory of an issue just like this. It was related to “saved searches” on the list view. That’s why it was user specific. Let’s try and clear the saved searches from those users. Try entering this as your browser’s URL: http://localhost/index.php?action=index&module=Contacts&searchFormTab=advanced_search&query=true&clear_query=true Change that “localhost” to be your server URL (like my.company.com). This has to be done for each user that shows the error.
