Configuring Sendgrid smtp to suitecrm not working

I am trying to configure outbound email of suitecrm with sendgrid smtp, but it says the error as below -
“An email error occurred:SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting”

I am using correct username, password, SSL and port 465 smtp.sendgrid.net and also tried ssl://smtp.sendgrid.net

Please help.

When you are in account configuration, and send a test email, and it fails, a link appears saying “Show full SMTP log”. The contents of this log should help you understand what is wrong.
