Configuration help

Friends, I am new to SuiteCRM.

Just analysing if it could be used for my requirements. I want to create the following structure

List of companies who will have their individual logins and they will be served by Agents who will log calls / Emails / Meetings on behalf of their respective assigned companies. Agent can serve multiple companies however company should see only their items.

Kindly let me know suitable Role / user configuration for this requirement

My main doubt about your case is to what extent your companies with agents will be treated internally as users, or externally as portal users.
