Config.php file deleted by mistake. unable to login with new file

I have a well configured implementation of SuiteCRM 8.3. I managed to delete the content of config.php by mistake. I’ve copied the file from another installation and changed the username password for mysql.

I am not able to login with any userID, I keep getting ‘Login credentials incorrect, please try again.’.

I quite sure the mysql details are correct, is there anything else that could be preventing the login?

In the process of trying to fix this, I have changed the mysql password. I’ve replaced the new password in suitecrm/.env.local and suitecrm/public/legacy/config.php and suitecrm/public/legacy/config_si.php but it seems there some other place that the old password is stored.

Anyone knows, it would help.
