Completely disable inline editing

Hello

I know we can disable inline editing in vardefs but is there like a system wide option where this can be achieved so none of the fields are ever inline editable?

Have you tried from Admin section?

Admin->System settings->

  1. Enable inline editing on detail view
  2. Enable inline editing on list view
