Common Calendar events in SuiteCRM Calendar

We would like to be able to create a company wide event like payday or picnic etc. Is there a way to post an event that then appears on everyone’s calendars without having to notify or add them.

This is not standard functionality of SuiteCRM I’m afraid. The intention is that meetings/calls are created as reminders for users on the CRM which show in the calendar and then prompt them when the meeting/call time is approaching.
