Comments section for Task Module

Hi Team,

I am looking for an comments section option for the Task module, what i want to do is, if i assign task to some one if they update i want the updates to be captured with timestamp with Updated person name.

Please some one help me how to i achieve this.

Are you meaning something similar to the ‘Case Updates Threaded’ field in the Cases module but for task?

Currently there’s not a way to do this out of the box, and the only way you can do this is customising the CRM.
