my upload/upgrades/ folders are big size i thinking if i will cleaning these folders or other folder in my crm for the better performs ?

From within Module loader and Upgrade Wizard, you can clear already installed packages and it releases that space.
But you can also just remove them from disk, yes. Don’t go cleaning other folders without asking first - sometimes they are necessary.
Also, it’s good to copy them elsewhere first, as a backup in case anything goes wrong.
