Right now I am using a Workflow for the Leads module that automatically schedules a follow up call X number of days in the future when certain conditions are met for that lead.
However, depending on what day the Workflow is ran on, follow-up calls might get scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays.
The first possible solution that came to mind was to create another “cleanup” Workflow that checks if a call is scheduled on Saturday or Sunday, and automatically moves it to the following Monday. That way, if the first Workflow scheduled a call on Sat/Sun, the “cleanup” Workflow would move it up 1 or 2 days. But, I don’t see a way to make a Workflow check the day of the week for any particular date.
Anyone have any ideas for viable solutions or workarounds?
